Common Issues
My photo didn't match
Make sure you're in good lighting and looking directly at the camera. Remove glasses if possible. Try again or choose video call instead.
My document wasn't accepted
Check it's not expired and is on our accepted documents list. If digital doesn't work, video call accepts more document types.
I never received my Personal Code
Check your spam folder. It comes directly from Companies House, not from us. Contact us if it's been more than 5 working days.
